On Saturday, Mr Waters, a 80-year-old man, arrived in Assange in prison. He was accompanied by the guilty's wife Stella Assange, 39, and former Greek Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis, who is best known for his role in the Greek debt crisis in 2015. After being found guilty of violating the Bail Act, Assange, 52, has been detained in Belmarsh prison in London since April 2019. He is now facing extradition to the United States to face accusations of computer hacking conspiracy.
