A man who said his neighbour's 21ft hedge was ruining his life has won a fight to have it chopped down. Trees belonging to David and Alison Fulton in Lenzie, Dunbartonshire, were covered in darkness, and his life was a misery, according to William White. He said he was left unable to plant plants or use his patio area, and that he could not safely trim the hedge due to its height.
