On Monday morning, missionary Britney Grayson arrived in Nashville, after discussing their life in Kenya at 10.12 a.m. Less than 20 minutes later, Audrey Hale, 28, shot her way into the private Christian school and killed six more before being shot by police. According to a LinkedIn profile, Hale used the names Audrey and Aiden, but her preferred pronouns were he/him. On Monday, police said she had attended the school in Nashville, Tennessee, but that her motives for the shooting was vague. The three children, William Kenney, 9, and Evelyn Dieckhaus, 9, were all killed by the mass gunman, while headmistress Dr. Katherine Koonce, 60, and chef Mike Hill were both killed. According to Dr. Grayson, all three children of Amazing Grace had been in the chapel learning the word Jambo and singing verses of Amazing Grace. After being welcomed by relatives whose daughters attended the school, the doctor, who is based in Kenya, had visited the school with her husband Micah Wilfong. Dr Grayson shared a heartbreaking snapshot of the innocent children sitting and listening to her talk before being coerced into a lockdown due to the active gunman warning. It's unclear if any of the children who were killed in the violent attack were included in the photograph.
