He is best known for his appearances in American daytime soap operas, as Tim Dolan on All My Children, As Storm Logan on The Bold and the Beautiful, and now as Julian Jerome on GM Hospital.
He is also known for his appearances in Earth: The Final Conflict, Stargate SG-1, Insecurity, and Nikita.
Early life
William deVry Simard is the spelling of his birth. At the age of 19, he and his mother arrived in Florida. Herman A. DeVryry, her grandfather, founded the DeForest Training School, after Lee De Forest, Herman's coworker and acquaintance, who is now known as DeVry University. DeVry hails from a long line of athletes and entrepreneurs. His father competed in a variety of sports, while his maternal grandmother held 26 world records in track and field.

Career
Devry appeared in a number of Canadian television series of the 1990s, including recurring roles as Joshua Doors and Stargate SG-1 as Aldwin. He began his career in 2002 with a focus on American daytime soap operas. In 2002, he appeared on ABC's Port Charles for his first soap role. Michael Cambias, the actor who appeared on All My Children, was nominated for the Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series in 2004. Storm Logan appeared on The Bold and the Beautiful from 2006 to 2008.
In 2011, DeVry appeared in the Canadian comedy series InSecurity. He appeared on CW's Nikita and Beauty and the Beast, Netflix's Hemlock Grove, and guest-starred on Castle and NCIS.
