Paul Getty - has filed for divorce from her husband Tobias 'Toby' Engel.  The artist and model, 29, called it quits on her marriage to the photographer and actor after four years together according to Page Six. Getty filed for divorce in January. The couple have a prenup in place to protect her billionaire family's assets.
