Wayne Rogers, 46, of Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, was arrested yesterday and charged with assaulting a man in the town center in the early hours of September 11. He appeared before Hatfield Remand Court (file photo) this morning, where he was remanded in jail to appear in court in St Albans on December 5. Detectives are looking into a man who was assaulted by a perpetrator who was disguised as a woman.
