Vogue Williams flashed her long legs in tiny white shorts as she stepped out with husband Spencer Matthews in sunny London on Thursday. The TV personality, 38, and the former Made In Chelsea star, 35, grabbed their helmets to enjoy a ride around the city as they headed to their podcast studios.

Sue and her son Alex, now 33, from London, appeared on The Mail's new podcast The Apple & The Tree to discuss his motor neurone disease diagnosis. In this episode, Sue, a mother-of-two to brothers Alex and James, spoke on the 'difficult' moment her youngest son Alex was diagnosed with MND - an uncommon condition that causes the brain and nerves to weaken over time and which eventually leads to death - age 30. Vogue Williams looked incredible in a black minidress and stylish pink leather jacket as she attended the VIP launch of Samba Room by SUSHISAMBA in London on Thursday. The TV personality, 38, put on a leggy display in the number which she teamed with the eye-catching oversized jacket.  Vogue elevated her frame in a pair of stylish black pointed toe heels and carried her belongings in a bold green handbag.

In this episode of The Apple & The Tree, Lois wanted to ask her mum about her own childhood, where she was abandoned by her father and her mother attempted to burn the house down.

During his years as a city broker in London and through to his Made In Chelsea days, drinking became a cornerstone of the TV star's life. But it was when he reached his late twenties and met and married his wife Vogue Williams, that alcohol became a problem. Speaking on The Mail's Everything I Know About Me podcast, Spencer admitted: 't here was a certainty that I would lose Vogue, if I carried on drinking the way I was drinking.'

Spencer Matthews has announced a world record attempt as he plans to run the 'most consecutive marathons on sand'. Vogue Williams shared a slew of photos to Instagram on Thursday to celebrate the 2nd birthday of her son Otto, whom she shares with Spencer Matthews. The Irish model, 38, and former TOWIE star Spencer, 35, also share son Theo, five, and daughter Gigi, three. Vogue captioned the sweet photos: 'Our baby boy Otto is two…last night he climbed out of his cot and on to his changing table to get out of his room. 'My sweet determined little boy who most definitely gets what he wants and stands up for himself with his siblings! I love you I love you I love you ❤️' Spencer took to his own Instagram page to share a photo Otto taking a mouthful straight from his cake and more.
