Officials from the University of Oregon have announced that the women's March Madness court in Portland has two different distances for the 3-point lines on either side — with Texas and NC State playing through the difference this afternoon

www.dailymail.co.uk, April 1, 2024
When it came to distance on the 3-point line, NC State and Texas decided to compete in a court in Portland, a significant difference. It wasn't until Texas coach Vic Schaefer and North Carolina State coach Wes Moore met with officials during pregame warmups to discuss the situation, with the tape measure being broken out to determine the cause. The two teams decided to play with the unusual 3-point lines in place, a game that the No. fought in on ESPN. The 3 seed Wolfpack advanced to the Final Four after defeating top-seeded Texas 76-66.
