According to the Buckeye Institute, an Ohio-based free-market think tank, diesel, propane, and fertilizer prices will rise as a result of the federal government's climate policies. Farmers will continue to raise prices, meaning cheese, beef, and other everyday staples will cost as much as 80% more, upping a family's annual grocery expenditure by $1,300. 'Federal policymakers are implementing costly climate-control and emissions policies that have largely failed in Europe,' report co-authors Trevor Lewis and M Ankith Reddy.'
