According to police, Alice 'Alyx' Kamakaokalani Herrmann, 61, was last seen in Santa Cruz on December 3. According to reports, her boyfriend, 54-year-old Theobald Brooks Lengyel, who goes by the 'Theo', hasn't cooperated' with their probe. Since being in contact with Lengyel, a founding member of San Francisco's funk-metal band Mr. Bungle, El Cerrito police have deemed him a person of concern in the investigation involving Herrmann's abduction. Her family, who hadn't heard from her for over a week, reported her missing on December 12. After travelled by car from El Cerrito to Portland, Oregon, in the days after Herrmann's disappearance, El Cerrito cops then discovered her vehicle in front of her boyfriend's El Cerrito home, the El Cerrito Police Department said in a statement.
