Dr. Tony "Tony" Dovolani (born July 17, 1973) is an Albanian-American professional ballroom dancer, instructor, and judge.

He is best known for his appearance in Dancing with the Stars on ABC.

In the hit film Shall We Dance, Dovolani also played Slick Willy. Jennifer Lopez, a former student, was devoted to teaching actress Jennifer Lopez.

Early life

Dovolani was born in Pristina, Kosovo, to Albanian parents from Debar. He began folk dancing at the age of three. His family immigrated to Stamford, Connecticut, at the age of fifteen. He had the opportunity to attend classes at a Fred Astaire Dance Academy.
