According to Adrian Wojnarowski, the Detroit Pistons and center Isaiah Stewart have decided on a four-year contract extension. Stewart's hire is the first rookie contract since team owner Tom Gores bought the franchise in 2011, and the company's first in general since Jason Maxiell in 2008. Andre Drummond also received a grant in 2016, but as a restricted free agent.
