The $10 million Hollywood Hills home, where the Hype House lived and left more than $300,000 worth of damage, has sold for $49,500 per month. Several luxurious features, including a pool, a jacuzzi, an elevator, a home theater, and two master suites, are included in the stunning 10-bedroom, 16-bath home. Danny Fitzgerald, the landlord, sued six people, including co-founders Thomas Petrou, 24, and Chase 'Huddy' Hudson, 20. After the company vacated their lease five months early, he sued them for breach of contract after they agreed to pay him $10,000 per month for a 40-month period to compensate for the harm. Fitzgerald and his staff are now rebuilding the harm caused by the house's demise, according to DailyMail.com last week.

Danny Fitzgerald sued six members of the Hype House, including co-founders Thomas Petrou, 24, and Chase 'Huddy' Hudson, 20. They caused more than $300,000 worth of harm in the house and nearly ended up with prison for illegally starting fireworks by the pool. 'They were so fun when they first came in,' Fitzgerald wrote to DailyMail.com. Then it went haywire.' Members slammed the Jacuzzi, ruined the pool by throwing a ladder into it, scratched the floors, cracked expensive tiles, and damaged the walls, among other things. Fitzgerald was sued for breach of contract for failing to pay the $10,000 a month over a 40-month period. Petrou and his girlfriend received only a third of the money, and two other family members have settled, but the remainder doesn't have 'any money.'

He said they have only been paying him $2,500 a month since January 2021. He is now requesting that the remaining balance be paid in full.
