Baran lives in Los Angeles, California. Baran posted I'm Gay, a video of him announcing that he is gay on July 24, 2015. Baran was on all of his social media until recently, and after that, he deleted his YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram pages. He reactivated his YouTube channel and Twitter on July 5, 2020, but no one has responded from his social media site after he said in his video that he was taking time to do more than just posting his journey.

Baran started his YouTube channel in 2010 and now mainly uploads lifestyle and vlog videos.
