www.dailymail.co.uk, February 14, 2024
EPHRAIM HARDCASTLE: Harry and Meghan continue to toy with royal rules as they launch another website, but will the King remove their titles? 'Not likely,' says my reliable royal source, because that would include Parliament and could possibly misfire.' Many of Charles' subjects, especially those in the elderly group, are sick of the Sussexes, but young people may find such a change unfair, especially if the Duke of York is allowed to keep his titles. However, my source informs me that 'King William might think otherwise.'

Why Monty Python has ALWAYS been at war for money: They have yelled insults at daughters and wives over the years, with some of them yelling in never-ending financial warfare. Eric Idle, a billionaire, now claims he is penniless

www.dailymail.co.uk, February 13, 2024
There are a lot of comic geniuses around the world. Few people would disagree that Monty Python, the troupe behind TV's most bizarre sketch show, was all brilliant on their own. They may be the most academically educated comedians in history with a total IQ of over 1,000. John Cleese holds a law degree from Cambridge University. In Los Angeles, Terry Gilliam studied physics, political science, and fine art. Michael Palin, Eric Idle, the late Terry Jones, and Graham Chapman were among the others who graduated from Oxbridge. Despite this, they don't appear to have a business brain cell between them. With Palin as the exception, perhaps their track of financial mismanagement, legal troubleshool, and hapless investments are beyond belief.

Despite being compelled to sell his house in the Hollywood Hills, the actor was compelled to sell his house, but he still has to go out to make a living. And it is not only Idle who has been left struggling to maintain his Hollywood lifestyle. When the comedians reunited with John Cleese, Graham Chapman, Terry Gilliam, Terry Jones, and Michael Palin for their reunion tour in 2013, they needed the funds. Palin said 'Python wasn't earning much.'

My parents stayed together for the sake of their kids and it screwed me up - I've had two failed marriages and wish my folks got divorced

www.dailymail.co.uk, November 22, 2023
"I should have married her in the first place," my father said to me a year after my mother died.' Dad, thanks for the memory. However, looking back, there were moments when my parents' 45-year marriage was in such blissful harmony. Nor was the dig particularly unusual. My younger brother was released relatively lightly, but then my father always wanted a boy. Despite the tumultuous atmosphere at home, Stanley and Marjorie's parents, stayed together through thick and thin, perhaps because this was the way things were then. However, far from inspiring me to embrace a life in a war zone, their tenacity made me vow never to relive an innocent child trapped in a war zone.

www.dailymail.co.uk, October 25, 2023
King Charles' war on food waste coincides with his gastronomical reputation. He loves going on trips to Ritz kitchens, sipping sauces, and discerning the ingredients by taste alone. He also likes entertaining and pushing his chefs out of their comfort zones. He recently placed a sous-chef who has excelled in classical French cuisine to follow him around the world. With a flunkey's announcement that he is extremely concerned about food waste at home, he allows it to be known: "He has tea and cake with his wife most days and insists on receiving slices of the same cake on successive days until it is finished."

According to the movie's editor, some of Monty Python's most popular film scenes, including the Black Knight, were almost cut - because the actors thought they were "too silly, dull, or offensive." PATRICK MARMION celebrates Terry Gilliam's failed fairy tale Into The Woods

www.dailymail.co.uk, August 26, 2022
PATRICK MARMION: Gloating may be ostentious, but Terry Gilliam has unquestionably earned the right to crow about Stephen Sondheim's sensational new production. The Monty Python legend was found guilty of transphobic thought crimes by the politically correct Stasi who directed the performance, but it was insufficiently supportive of the #MeToo campaign. It's also a relief to learn that artistic merit can still rule over small minds. Gilliam's debut is the sweetest revenge, and for sheer spectacle, it is a peach. Sondheim followers who are not ruled by their political orthodoxy will flock to see it, but the rest of us will find it safe.
