Eva Mendes paid tribute to her late brother Carlos Mendez in an Instagram post on Tuesday, almost eight years after his death. Teri Garr, a Miami-born actress from 1974 Mel Brooks horror comedy Young Frankenstein, died at 53 years old after a cancer battle on April 17, 2016.
