Steve Walter Tuttle (born January 5, 1966) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey forward who competed for three seasons (1988–1991) for the St. Louis Blues of the National Hockey League, scoring a total of 28 goals in his career.
He was recalled by the Tampa Bay Lightning and spent time with their International Hockey League affiliate, the Peoria Rivermen.
He was traded to the Quebec Nordiques in 1993, without playing a single game for the Milwaukee Admirals, their IHL affiliate.
He retired in 1999-1998 after a career in sports. Tuttle is best known for his 1989 game against the Buffalo Sabres as the player whose skate mistakenly cut the throat of Clint Malarchuk. He was also a standout player at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, winning the All-American award for his senior season.
