Bankman-Fried will cooperate in a class-action lawsuit targeting celebrities who promoted FTX with the aim of resolving current and future civil claims. The list of celebrities include Tom Brady, Shaquille O'Neal, Stephen Curry, Shohei Ohtani, Gisele Bundchen, Larry David, and others.  Bankman-Fried was sentenced to 25 years for embezzling $8 billion from FTX customers. He has appealed his conviction and is currently being held in Brooklyn pending transfer to prison.
