Sofia Sanchez, a 14-year-old actress with Down syndrome, starred as the first Barbie doll with the condition that she attends the forthcoming Margot Robbie film premiere in Los Angeles on Sunday night. According to the doll brand, she imitated the appearance of Mattel's Barbie with Down syndrome by wearing a carbon copy of the dress that features 'butterflies and yellow and blue colors, which are emblems and colors associated with Down syndrome awareness.'
