Early life and education
Linet Masiro Munyali was born in Nairobi on August 4th, 1987. She is the sixth child of six siblings of Samuel Kirui Munyali, a Ugandan, and Esther Njeri, a Kenyan, both members of the clergy. She attended Dr. Livingstone Primary School, where she ranked first in her class in the KCPE. She earned a scholarship in State House Girls in high school, and she was able to attend the prestigious Hillcrest School later this year.

Career
Munyali was discovered by Clemo, a Kenyan producer and co-founder of Calif Records, as she auditioned locally and later signed on the Record label. "Shamba Boy," "Silali," and "Vidonge" were among her "Vidonge" titles that were released. She announced to have crossed over to the gospel music market in April 2013, having been born again and releasing her first single "Mateke" in May 2013. "Moto," "Yuko na Wewe," "Jemedari," "Jemedari," and "Afadhali Yesu" have all been released by the artist.
