In Sunday night's episode, actor Neville Parker said farewell to the island of Saint Marie, causing viewers to weep. The BBC then confirmed Ralf had left the show after the finale aired, with the actor taking to Instagram to share: 'The secret's out! My time on Saint Marie has come to an end. But, what an end!' Since Ralf, 44, had been out for four years, the gossip mill has erupted about who would replace him, with names like (clockwise from top left) Simon Bird, Diane Morgan, Jodie Whittaker, and Romesh Ranganathan's names mixed in.

A World War II sex farce starring sadistic Gestapo agents and nubile resistance fighters is a terrible notion, but 'Allo 'Allo! Audiences are already raving with laughter as a result of the raucous. Greg Davies wrote The Cleaner, an all-star BBC1 show with an enthralling plot: his protagonist mops up murder scenes for a living. It's more amusing than it seems.
