Career

In the Steven Spielberg film Hook, he got his big break as a lost boy, and he appeared in the NBC youth drama Just Deal as Jermaine Green. He appeared in Fat Albert later in life. In Lifetime's Gracie's Choice, Tommy appeared as Tommy. He appeared in Warriors of Virtue 2 and has appeared on numerous television shows, including Boston Public, Hollywood Lives, Hip Hop Massive, and The Division. Anderson appeared on Disney's Phil of the Future as a regular guest. Anderson attended the Los Angeles County High School for the Performing Arts, where he received the Ahmanson Scholarship and Emerging Artist of the Year Award from PBS. He attended Juilliard School in New York, where he became keen on dance after high school. He was a principal dancer of Ballet Hispanico of New York and became an assistant choreographer for Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. Shedrack wrote, directed, and appeared in the film Blood River, alongside fellow lost boy Dante Basco. He was also a lead in The Rookie, a spin-off of 24 people. In 1999, Shedrack formed his own production company in order to produce his own films. In 2010, he married Pilates instructor Kathryn Hunt and has one child.
