ESPN's sportscaster is best known for his time with the network. In 2001, he began anchoreding SportsCenter's flagship program, and has since hosted various time slots of the show. He has also hosted a number of radio shows for ESPN Radio and spent time as a top golf reporter for the network.

Before Fame

He studied at the University of Maryland and graduated with a degree in radio/TV and film. He was also a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. He started his hosting career in 1990 and then moved to the Golf Channel, where he anchored from 1994 to 2000.
