Sarah Wynter, 40, of Hereford, said her size 22 frame made it through grueling 12 hour shifts as an intensive care nurse during Covid (left) and was concerned about contracting the virus. The mother-of-two got a first-hand account of Covid's wretched effects on overweight people, and when she weighed 17 stone, she knew she wanted to make a change.
