www.dailymail.co.uk, May 30, 2023
Can the Pill - and the synthetic hormones it contains - really influence a woman's sexual preferences? There is little research in this field, but there is a slew of anecdotal evidence on the web. 'I started to see women in the street,' says Meredith (left), a 43-year-old event organiser from London. 'To be honest, I started to have sex with them.' Within 24 hours, these feelings awakened inside me, as if someone had turned on a switch regarding my sexuality.' www.dailymail.co.uk, November 25, 2022
The Pill has a long line of side effects, from weight gain to nausea, breast tenderness, and menstrual cycle transitions. However, a number of women have spoken out about what is perhaps the most surprising outcome yet - they claim that the oral condoms converted them gay. Though it may seem outlandish, there is some evidence that combined with progestin-only oral condoms can change how women look attractive, according to Dr. Sarah Hill, a psychologist who specializes in women's health at Texas Christian University (pictured right). According to a 2013 report, women who went on oral contraceptives had a preference for feminine features (shown left).
