I couldn't help but feel slightly disappointed when Coronation Street's Ryan Thomas lifted the "Dancing On Ice" trophy last night. I'll admit it's true that as soon as Radio presenter Adele Roberts was axed, barely missing out on the final two, I began to disengage completely from the program. I muttered to myself, "Great, another all male final skate to 'Bolero'. But there does seem to be a pattern in Dancing On Ice, which has spelled it out: (formerly Twitter) "The fact that they've brought an extra finalist means we've only got one woman there." Since the relaunch of the game, we've never had two women in the same final, and only two women out of six have made it to the top two," says the author. "I believe 'Dancing On Ice' needs to change the show or the routines a bit."
