The Jenny From the Block singer requested that Ryan pretend he was single, his girlfriend at the time, Melanie Iglesias, is now claiming on the No Chaser podcast. Iglesias has come forward to accuse JLo of masterminding the move, explaining if Ryan seemed single, it would indicate that there could be sparks with the Bronx beauty. That is why Jennifer was seen holding hands with Ryan when they promoted the movie, all the while knowing Guzman went back to Iglesias at the end of the night. Lopez - who was dating Casper Smart in 2015 - and Iglesias look very similar with toned figures and long dark hair.
