Personal life

Early life and acting career
Hull, a native of Montreal, Quebec, began his acting career in 1987 with the film Nowhere to Hide. Hull has appeared on various television shows, including Ready or Not and Are You Afraid of the Dark. Chris Sheppard was cast in Student Bodies and then landed the role. In the episode Suspicion, he appeared on Stargate Atlantis.
Weather anchor career
After completing the Meteorology Program at Mississippi State University and graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Radio and Television Arts from Ryerson University in Toronto, Hull became a weather presenter on Canada's The Weather Network in January 2005.
Ross became a staff reporter for the Vancouver area in April 2007, replacing Oga Nwobosi while on maternity leave.
Hull joined The Weather Network on December 15, 2008, becoming a reporter for Citytv Calgary.
Hull assumed the weather for London and the entire region of Southwestern Ontario on September 8, 2010, on Monday.
Hull became a weather anchor for CTV Kitchener in June 2011.
He appeared as the weather anchor for CBC Ottawa and CBC News Network in early 2013. He became the weather anchor for CBC Toronto until the end of June, 2014. He is now a meteorologist with Global Toronto.
