Roger Clinton Jr. (born July 25, 1956) is an American actor and singer.
He is best known for his role in Fred Claus, a 2007 Christmas comedy film, and he is the younger half-brother of former US President Bill Clinton.
Early life and education
Roger Clinton Jr. is the only child of car dealer Roger Clinton Sr. and nurse Virginia Dell Cassidy. Bill Clinton (then Bill Blythe) feared young Roger from his father, an alcoholic. He began to play guitar and formed "Dealer's Favor" as a performer.

After Hermosa Beach, California, city authorities decided to dismiss two driving-under-the-influence (DUI) charges as well as one count of disturbing the peace against him, Roger Clinton pleaded guilty on August 2001 to a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. He was sentenced to two years of probation, but was not allowed to drive with any alcohol or drugs in his system, and had to pay $1,350 in fines and fees.

Career
Clinton has appeared in several films, including Bio-Dome and Fred Claus, and appeared on a number of television shows, including The Nanny as himself (neighbor), Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, and Cybill. In the pilot episode of The Blues Brothers: The Animated Series, he also sang of his half-brother, President Bill Clinton.
Clinton began his singing career under the guidance of Arkansas music impresario and boss Butch Stone. He gained his experience by singing warm-ups for the studio audience at tapings of the sitcom Designing Women as well as being a lounge singer. Clinton was first signed to Atlantic Records in 1992 as a result of a collaboration between Stone and music-industry lawyer Stann Findelle. Nothing Good Comes Easy, his first album, was released in September 1993 on the Pyramid/Atlantic/Rhino label. Clinton and his band travelled to Pyongyang in December 1999, performing with North and South Korean musical groups.
