Robert Earl Buckley (born May 2, 1981) is an American actor best known for his appearances as Kirby Atwood on NBC's comedy-drama series One Tree Hill.

Early life
Buckley was born in Claremont, California, in Los Angeles County. He received a degree in economics from the University of California, San Diego, graduating in 2003. Buckley appeared on The Price Is Right as a college student. After working as an economic consultant for a year, he returned to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting.

Buckley made his acting debut on the MyNetworkTV primetime telenovela Fashion House in 2006, portraying Michael Bauer. Buckley made his feature film debut in the horror When a Killer Calls, which was released in February 2006.
