Hakeem Kigundu, 32, (on the far right) started a fire inside Rowe Court in Reading that trapped people inside, killing Richard Burgess, 46, (bottom left) and Neil Morris, 45 (second from left). Many people were left with significant injuries while others were attempting to escape for safety, while others lost their homes. In September, Kigundu (seen buying petrol) pleaded guilty on two counts of murder, two counts of serious bodily harm, and one count of arson with intent to endanger life.
