According to DailyMail.com, the fire is contained to the HVAC system and they are monitoring the situation. As of 10 a.m. EST, there had been no injuries as of 10 a.m. EST. The Greenaway, Rafael Violy's 72 stories, is nearing completion. The building has been in existence for at least five years, having been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is likely to open later this year as a tribute to its late architect, Violy, who died in March, 2023. According to Design Boom, the high-end building is expected to bring 272 residents to the city, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, and a suite of penthouse residences. According to reports, the units come in at $1,115,000.
