Kate Winslet is experiencing The Holiday for the first time as she trades Hollywood for Cork in order to learn how to make soups and stews in a €865 cookery course. According to sources, the actress, 48, who appeared in the Christmas favourite alongside Cameron Diaz and Jude Law in 2006, is spending 2.5 days this week with Irish celebrity chef Rachel Allen, 52. According to the Irish Examiner, Kate is staying at four star Ballymaloe House and Ballyshane Coastal Retreats, which is a private 20-acre property with sea views and nearby walks to sandy beaches.
