On Thursday, the New York Jets announced former Seattle Seahawks defensive lineman Quinton Jefferson, helping with one of the team's greatest needs. Last season, Jefferson had a career-high 5 1/2 sacks in 17 games, three of whom were starts, including three in the spring.
