By Megan Armstrong Chelsea Cutler, a teen girl, wrote on a whiteboard in her childhood bedroom that she would attend Radio City Music Hall one day, as if bringing it into her life would make her wish come true. When national lockdowns forced her to cancel her headlining tour in favor of her debut album How to Be Human and her parents' home in Westport, Connecticut, the 24-year-old singer put a new focus on the coronavirus pandemic. Since she dropped out of Amherst College to open for the pop artist Quinn XCII in 2018, Cutler's most rewarding activity has been selling tickets and meeting with her fans in person. She'll close her eyes and dream of being back on stage every day.
