Early life
Koli was born in Thane and brought up. She loved listening to the radio as a youth and decided to be a radio jockey in Class 6. Manoj Koli, the father of a real estate investor and restaurateur, and her mother Archana Koli is a phonetics and language tutor. She participated in debates and elocutions as a student. She studied at Vasant Vihar High School in Thane and later graduated with a Bachelor of Mass Media from V. G. Vaze College of Arts, Science, and Commerce in Mulund, which is affiliated to University of Mumbai.

Career
Koli began her career in radio as an intern at Mumbai's Fever 104 FM radio station. She was given Call Centre, her first show after interning for a year, but it fell and she resigned from her job. Koli's time as an intern, she met future One Digital Entertainment vice president Sudeep Lahiri, who encouraged her to start a comedy YouTube channel. Koli began her channel in February 2015.
Koli has performed alongside mainstream Bollywood stars such as Hrithik Roshan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Vicky Kaushal, and Kajol.
In Delhi in 2018 and in Mumbai in 2019, she appeared at the YouTube FanFest in Delhi. She produced a national TV commercial for WhatsApp in December 2018 that discusses propaganda blockade and the promotion of fake news via the messaging app.
