Former housekeeper Miriam Trejo has sued Poppy Montgomery and her husband Shawn Sanford, who claims she owes $48,250 to the pair after eight years at their Pacific Palisades, California home. Trejo said she worked with the pair from 2014 to May 11, citing court docs, that the Australian-American actress and her spouse have not paid her the money she owes. Montgomery, 50, and her husband did not give her mandated breaks during her shifts, bringing the total cost of $48,250 in potential restitution to a total of $48,250. Radar said. The figure includes $36,000 in unpaid wages and $7,000 in overtime charges.

Ana de Armas, a Golden Globe nominee, is baffled as to why the Motion Picture Association of America's forthcoming biopic on Marilyn Monroe - Blonde is getting an NC-17 rating. In a L'Officiel cover story on Tuesday, the Cuban 34-year-old said, 'I didn't know why it happened.' I can tell you a few shows or films that are way more explicit with a lot more sexual content than Blonde.' However, to tell this tale, it's important to point out all the events in Marilyn's life that caused her to die the way she did. It needs to be explained. We all [in the film] knew we had to go to uncomfortable locations. I wasn't the only one.'
