Trejo said she worked with the pair from 2014 to May 11, citing court docs, that the Australian-American actress and her spouse have not paid her the money she owes. Montgomery, 50, and her husband did not give her mandated breaks during her shifts, bringing the total cost of $48,250 in potential restitution to a total of $48,250. Radar said. The figure includes $36,000 in unpaid wages and $7,000 in overtime charges.
