After children returned home after Pop Warner football practice, chaos broke out in the Northwest Recreation Complex in Apopka on Monday night. Victim 1 was seen standing near the second victim, who was wearing a jersey, and was described as a heavy-set male with red shorts. The 11-year-old is seen fishing under the front seat of a nearby SUV before he turns around and runs at the group, pointing the gun at Victim 1 before firing. Victim 1 was shot in the back and Victim 2's elbow was grazed with the same bullet. The 11-year-old - whose name is withheld - was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in the second degree.
