Following the incident on New Smyrna Beach on Thursday, Felixander Solis-Guzman, 16, was arrested by officers from the Volusia County Sheriff's Office. Solis-Guzman can be seen brawling with four others on the packed beach before he pulls out a pistol. Deputies with the office had been on the beach at the time of the incident, and gave chase as Solis-Guzman caused revelers to scatter, with one shouting: 'He has a gun!' The officer who caught the shooting running after the teen's with his pistol was raised, yelling at him: 'Alright motherf***er, drop the f***ing pistol.'
