In a UK High Court, the long-serving boss, who claims the band has been 'betrayed' by the band, has filed a lawsuit against Coldplay.

According to a recent investigation, Coldplay's former boss Dave Holmes is being sued over a "contractual dispute." After being together for 22 years, the band - frontman Chris Martin, guitarist Jonny Buckland, bassist Guy Berryman, drummer Will Champion - secretly parted ways with Dave 12 months ago. He was with Coldplay for nearly half of their careers, beginning his career as their boss in 2001 after Phil Harvey stepped down and assumed the role as creative director instead.
