Allen died in October 2018 at the age of 65, as a result of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, a rare form of cancer. He never married and had no children. Allen's net worth was estimated to be over $20 billion at the time of his death. Allen left the majority of his fortune to charity in 2010. This November, Christie's Rockefeller Center will host an auction. The correct date was not known.
