Paolo Seganti (born in Roveret, Italy) is an Italian actor and model best known for his role as Cassian Grimaldi in the CBS television soap opera As the World Turns.

Career
Seganti is best known for his portrayal of Damian Grimaldi in the American daytime soap opera As the World Turns. He appeared in 1993 to 1997, briefly in 2001, 2006, and 2010 to 2010. He appeared on One Life to Live as Arturo Bandini in 2013.
Seganti made his prime time television debut in the sitcom The Nanny in 1996. He debuted on the big screen in Everyone Says I Love You, directed by Woody Allen in the same year.
