Early life and education
Pakorn was born in Bangkok to a Thai family of Teochew origins, and he had two younger brothers, Thana and Pat. His mother was born in Ang Thong Province, and his father died as a child.
Pakorn graduated from Pongpoowol Kindergarten and Assumption School, Triam Udom Suksa School, and Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chulalongkorn University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. He started his career as a licensed pharmacist in Bangkok.
