Olivia Borlée, born 10 April 1986 in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, is a retired Belgian sprinter who specialises in the 200 meters.

Sport career
Borlée represented Belgium at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, Belgium. She competed in the 4x100 meters relay with Gevaert, Marin, and Ouédraogo. They came first in their first round heat, beating Great Britain, Brazil, and Nigeria. Their time of 42.92 seconds was the third fastest time overall among the sixteen participating countries. They qualified for the final with a time of 42.54 seconds and 2nd place behind Russia, but they failed to win the silver medal by 0.23 seconds in front of Nigeria. However, Yuliya Chermoshanskaya, one of the Russian runners, was later discovered to have used two banned performance enhancers, resulting in the disqualification of the Russian team, which effectively promoted Belgium to the gold medal position. Borlée was officially awarded the gold medal eight years later on September 10, 2016.
Borlée was a member of Belgium at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Belgium. In the 200 meters event, she competed. In a time of 23.53 seconds, she finished seventh in her heat and placed seventh in her heat. She did not qualify for the semifinals. At the Parade of Nations, she was Belgium's flag bearer.
