Early life
Nikki Garner, a native of Dayton, Ohio, immigrated with her family to Gresham, Oregon, when she was ten years old. While attending Gresham High School, she discovered an interest in athletics. Fuller competed in track and field as a freshman in 1983, and she helped her team win and take 1st in the water polo state championship.
Fuller, post-graduation, set her sights on bodybuilding, having discovered her own potential through sports. Fuller weighed 123 lb (56 kg) when she first started training at a local gym, but quickly added 20 lb (9 kg) of muscle.
Personal life
Fuller is a conservative and ardent supporter of former President Donald Trump, according to messages on her personal Instagram profile. She is also a professing Christian.
Career
She made her competitive debut at Novice Oregon in 1988 and took 1st place. Fuller returned to win the 1988 Emerald Cup for the third time as she returned to win the following year. At the 1990 National Physique Committee Nationals, the fuller retired after winning the heavyweight and overall titles.
Fuller placed first in the Henry Weinhard's Handcar Races in Sacramento, San Francisco, Oregon, as well as Labatt's in British Columbia in 1988 and 1989. She was then sponsored by Henry Weinhard's company. Janeta's professional career included a 1st-place finish at the 1992 Jan Tana Classic and Top 10 finishes in the Ms. Olympia and Ms. International tournaments.
