Nick was reportedly sober...and working... Gordon, now 29 and pictured above (this weekend's mugshot in the inset), was booked in jail and later charged with battery by the Seminole County Sheriff's Department, who was eventually charged with battery. On April 6, he was given a $500 bond and a due date to appear in court. Authorities have been more specific about what led to this apparent domestic violence to be. Alcohol is believed to have caused the altercation itself, as well as Laura Leal, Gordon's new girlfriend of just over a year. Leal ended up refusing to press charges or sign any domestic violence paperwork against Gordon.
