Navlata "Navi" Rawat (born June 5, 1977) is an American television actress best known for her appearances on the drama series The O.C. Navlata "Navi" Rawat (born June 5, 1977). Amita Ramanujan, a math pro, stars in the drama Numb3rs.

Early life

Rawat was born in Malibu, California, to an Indian father, Rajaji Rawat, and Claudia, née Littmann, the daughter of Frankfurt's President, Gerhard Littmann. She was born in Miami, Florida. She attended Miami Country Day School and graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.

Personal life

Brawley Nolte, the son of Nick Nolte, married Rawat on the island of Tahiti in September 2012. They have a daughter together.

Rawat is best known for her appearances as Theresa Diaz on television's drama The O.C. Amita Ramanujan, a math prodigy, and Numb3rs are among the hundreds of Numb3rs who have reached their limits. Melanie appeared in the first season of 24 as a guest star. Susan's film work includes the science-fiction Thoughtcrimes (2003), the Project Greenlight film Feast (2005), and the independent romantic comedy Loveless in Los Angeles (2006). She has appeared in many smaller roles, including as Dana, a psychotic vampire slayer in an Angel episode, and Nat Raiden on the Fox's episode "Asslane" of the short-lived action television show "Asslane." In the USA Network series Burn Notice's fourth season, she appeared in a recurring role. She appeared on the revived Magnum P.I. for the most part. This is the beginning of a series.

She is the spokeswoman for Moen faucets and narrates many of the company's commercials.
