When he ordered a health and safety manager to oust 'thousands' of old Blu Tack from an office wall, he sued him for discrimination. Robert Debont, a Marsh Farm Futures (pictured) employee, accused boss Mohammed Rafi of bullying him when he begged him to assist a handyman who was redecorating because he had trouble performing'strenuous' duties. Debont's disability appeal was dismissed after an employment tribunal determined that the job was not particularly "onerous" and that he hadn't pursued it anyway. However, Mr Debont, who was later fired by his employers, is now eligible for compensation after being found to have discrimination and unfair dismissal charges over the way he was treated by Mr Rafi.
