Miriam Cani Life

Miriam Cani (born 30 May 1985) is an Albanian singer-songwriter and television host.

Cani was a judge on the Albanian television talent competition series The Voice of Albania, The Voice of Albania, and The Voice Kids Albania, among other things.

Personal life

Cani began a friendship with Albanian singer Alban Sknderaj in 2007. On the 103rd independence day in Albania, Cani gave birth to Ameli Sknderaj. Sknderaj held a concert in Pristina, Kosovo, in which both Sknderaj and Cani performed "Dhurata" and announced she were pregnant. On January 14, 2020, Duam Sknderaj, their son, was born.

Life and career

Miriam Cani and 13 others auditioned for a spot in the German version of the talent show Popstars in 2003, and in the end, she was chosen as one of the winners and became a member of the Girl group Preluders. Cani made her first television appearance in Germany in 1993 on the program "Interaktiv." She appeared in "Hair" in Germany and later in the musical "Chicago" in Albania, where she appeared in the main role, Roxie Hart. She hosted Jamba TV Clip Clash and Eclips in Germany and Festivali i Kng in Albania as a television presenter. She appeared in FilmHarmonic Night in Germany and performed her single Bring the Rain in Fernsehgarten.

For the Eurovision Song Contest 2010, she appeared in the Albanian national final. Cani herself appeared in the Albanian national final for the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 in Germany with the words "Ende ka shpres," a duet with singer Alban Sknderaj, now her husband.
